Founding vision is to support impactful organisations
Blue Jay Advisory was set up to fill a gap in the charity sector for flexible, independent support and advice at an affordable price point for growing small and medium-sized charities.
I started Blue Jay Advisory in September 2018 with the founding vision to build a multi-disciplinary team that can support impactful organisations to help them identify their strategic objectives and then pro-actively assist throughout their lifecycle:
1. Start-up: Advising new charities on establishing a finance function, selecting new systems, embedding policies and procedures
2. Strategic planning: developing multi-year financial and operational plans to support the long-term strategic plans of the organisation
3. Growth: reviewing scalability of policies, procedures and systems in advance of growth plans
4. Consolidation: identifying optimisation of processes, systems and operational structures
5. Expansion: reviewing expansion opportunities
